RECOVERY ELMA PMIS #154813. Improve Safety and Appearance of the Northwest New Mexico Visitor Center located at El Malpais National Monument, Grants, New Mexico. This project will be funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) and is subject to the reporting requirements of the Act. THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS AWARDED A CONTRACT UNDER SOLICITATION NO. N1212090088 (Contract Nos.: C1274090112 - AAK - De Los Santos Construction; C1274090114 - Leetex/Hill & Wilkinson, LLC; C1274090115 - DWG & Associates, Inc.; C1274090113 - Maxfour Engineers and Architects; C1274090088 - E-Corp). Work consists of patching and repairing stucco parapets and courtyard walls and patching and painting of interior walls.
