- RECOVERY - Delivery Order Notification THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY UNDER THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT PROGRAM The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to issue a delivery order against an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract ( Contract Number 200-2009-28830 ) with Sanofi Pasteur for FLU vaccines as follows: Fluzone® NDC 49281-0009-25. The delivery order will be funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. The opportunity is available only to Sanofi Pasteur under Contract Number 200-2009-28830 which was previously competed and awarded in FY09. This is not a request for competitive proposals, nor is a solicitation available. The notice is provided for informational purposes under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) program.
