Description

In accordance with FAR 5.704 - Publicizing-pre-award, para (a), the following notice is published for informational purposes only. The U.S. Army Engineer District Alaska intends to award Purchase Order W911KB-10-P-0004 to Solstice Advertising (DUNS: 847921744) utilizing American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 funding. This Purchase Order will be awarded as a direct Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) award under the Partnership Agreement (PA) between the SBA and the Department of Defense (DoD), in accordance with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Part 219.800, para (a). Description of Work: Contractor to provide professional graphic design assistance, products, and printed materials in support of the Regulatory Division's public outreach effort. The goal of the 2009 Public Outreach Program is to educate the public about the Corps of Engineers' Regulatory Program and the public's responsibility to obtain permits before working in waters and wetlands.
