- FY10 Youth Soccer Officials Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA8601-10-T-0051 is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The associated standard industrial classification (SIC) code is 7999 and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 711219. The small business size standard is $7 Million. The RFQ has One (1) line item for Non Personal Services. LINE ITEM 0001: To furnish Certified Sports Officials for an estimate of one hundred forty-two (142) Youth Soccer League games played at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. The period of performance for the Spring games (EST 52 games) are to be 1 Apr 10 - 30 Jun 10 and the Fall games (EST 90 games) are to begin 24 Aug 10 thru 30 Nov 10. Rates shown on Wage Determination 2005-2419, Revision 9, dated 08/14/09 applies to this acquisition and will be provided upon request.
