Description

Complete Request for Proposals document The contractor shall provide all supplies and services (including overhead, profit, delivery, taxes and miscellaneous expenses) to remove and replace Boiler #1 (Volcano, Model TF-300C-PF12X, Serial Number 1222-E) at the Phoenix Indian Medical Center campus, Phoenix, AZ, in accordance with the scope of work included in the Request for Proposals. The new boiler shall be dual fuel, Scotch-Marine wetback boiler, or equivalent, and rated for 200 or 250 HP. Additive alternates include an oxygen trim combustion control system, a stack economizer to heat boiler feed water, and building management system interface. The range of this construction requirement is between $100,000 and $250,000. Due to the condition of the existing boiler this requirement is urgent. Therefore, PROPOSALS ARE DUE NO LATER THAN 2pm, Central Time, November 10, 2009. This Recovery money funded requirment was previously publisized under IHS104565 as a Presolicitation Notice on October 27, 2009.
