- Provide bulk diesel (on-road, ultra low sulfur) fuel to the following locations. Total estimated gallons = 6,000-6,300. 1,000 gallon tankKabetogama Fueling Station9940 Cedar LaneKabetogama, MN 56669 1,000 gallon tankAsh River Fueling Station9759 Meadwood RoadOrr, MN 55771 Winter blend fuel shall be delivered 10/01/2009 through 04/30/2010.Summer blend fuel shall be delivered 05/01/2010 through 09/15/2010. Deliveries shall only be made at the request of the Government. Fuel shall be delivered within 48 hours of request. The following persons are authorized to request fuel deliveries by telephone:--(Primary) Sherry Stemm, Budget Analyst--(Backups) Monica Olson, Maintenance Work Leader; Bill Carlson, Maintenance Mechanic Foreman; Bill Johnson, Maintenance Work Leader. The last fill shall be delivered as close to 9/15/2010 as possible. Each fill ticket/invoice shall note tank location, quantity, street/pump price per gallon, discount as quoted by contractor, and final delivery price for each tank. Fuel usage estimate is 6,000-6,300 gals. This is an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract; quantity shown is estimate only; actual quantity may be more or less. Quantity of each delivery shall vary from 75-1,000 gallons per fill. Payments shall be made to the vendor by electronic funds transfer, 30 days after receipt of the invoice. All contractors doing business with the federal government are required to have current registrations in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov and in the On Line Representations and Certifications (ORCA) at www.orca.bpn.gov.
