Description

The Department of the Interior, U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), has a requirement for A & E Design Services for Construction of an addition/annex to the existing Gabrielson Building located at Patuxent Research Refuge, Laurel Maryland. The Government anticipates award of a non-commercial, Firm Fixed Price type contract. The procurement is anticipated to include a base year 01/11/2010 through 01/10/2011 and one (1) option year period 01/11/2011 through 5/13/2011. The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available on the internet on or about 11/06/2009. The associated solicitation number is 10ERSS0018. The offeror is responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation and amendments (if any). A formal solicitation, statement of work, and technical exhibits are not available for release at this time.This requirement is being issued as Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541310 and the size standard is 4.5 million. There is not an incumbent contractor. Full or partial funding for requirements to be completed by resultant contract award(s) may utilize funds provided by the Act.
