- Description
- The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) Pacific, Guam District seeks a contractor to provide and manage a 5-year (1 base &4 option years) full service facility and grounds maintenance program for the Guam District facilities. The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, quality control, supervision and transportation necessary to provide (1) Routine & Preventative Facility Maintenance; (2) Emergency Facility Maintenance; (3) Perform Projects valued over $1,500, and (4) Grounds Maintenance. The district is composed of four schools and the District Superintendent's Office (DSO). Two of the schools (Andersen Elementary School and Andersen Middle School) are located on the northern part of the island on Andersen Air Force Base, and t he other facilities (DSO, Guam High School and McCool Elementary/Middle School) are located in the surrounding area s of the Naval Base located in the s outhern part of Guam. Projected period of performance to start around June of 2010, if not sooner. This shall be a competitive, unrestricted, tradeoff source selection procurement in accordance with FAR 15.
