- Open Competition - Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-37 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 20091019. NAICS is 332420 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer that meets the salient characteristics listed below as described in FAR clause 52.211-6 - Brand Name or Equal. This is an "all or none" requirement - a split award will not be processed. Therefore, all prospective bidders are advised that they must quote on all items. 45 CONS, Patrick Air Force Base, FL, 32925 is seeking to purchase Brand Name or Equal commercial items manufactured and designed by Summit Oxygen as follows: 1) Progressive Ind., Inc. PN: SO/CH/1500 or equal, Reinforced silicone connecting hose 1500MM length, Qty.: 12 each; 3) Progressive Ind., Inc. PN: SO/PD110 or equal, Pulse dose meter, Qty.: 12 each; 4) Progressive Ind., Inc. PN: SO/FM/PD/500 or equal, Pulse dose silicone facemask, Qty.: 12 each; 5) Progressive Ind., Inc. PN: SO/NC/SP/500 or equal, Silicone nasal cannula, Qty.: 24 each; 6) Progressive Ind., Inc. PN: SO/BAT/L91 or equal, L91 Lithium battery, 2 per set, Qty.: 24 sets; 7) Progressive Ind., Inc. Minimum Salient Characteristic: All items are used in the High Altitude Supplemental Oxygen System (HASOS) under UTC 7PRTE and must be compatible with other pararescue units for High Altitude Summit Special Operations. Delivery: Request 30 days After Receipt of Order.
