- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN OCEANSIDE, CA STAR #: 9CA2464 The United States Government seeks to lease class ‘A' contiguous office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 7,925 rentable square feet in Oceanside, CA. The space should yield 6,892 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The Government prefers fifty (50) outside surface parking spaces. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: North: Highway 76 South: Breezehill Road to Hacienda Drive to Highway 78 East: E. Vista Way to Highway 78 to S. Melrose Drive West: Pacific Coast Highway The proposed lease is for fifteen (15) years, ten (10) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than October 1, 2010. The offered space must meet Government requirements for GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards and Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS) Requirements. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions if the location would be utilized. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership.
