- RFP DOL110RP20823 ENTERPRISE ARCHITECTURE. 1.This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Offers are being requested. See the attachment entitled “RFP DOL110RP20823” for the solicitation document. 2.This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP) under RFP Number DOL110RP20823. 3.This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-34. 4.This solicitation is being issued under 8(a) Competition, under NAICS 541512 (SBA Size Standard: $7,500,000.00). 5.See “Section B.3. – STATEMENT OF WORK” for a detailed description of the services being procured. 6.Description of requirements for the services to be acquired: This solicitation is for the procurement of ENTERPRISE ARCHITECTURE SUPPORT in support of the Office of the Chief Information Officer. 7.See the attachment entitled “RFP DOL110RP20823” for the provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commerical Items, which applies to this acquisition. 8.See the attachment entitled “RFP DOL110RP20823”, Section D” for additional solicitation provisions and evaluation criteria. 9.The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial items applies to this acquisition. See the attachment entitled “RFP DOL110RP20823”, Section C. for contract clauses which apply to this acquisition. 10.Proposals must be submitted no later than 1:00 PM, EST, December 1, 2009. See the attachment entitled “RFP DOL110RP20823” for additional details. ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING VIA EMAIL TO EUPHA WASHINGTON@DOL.GOV, AND MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 1:00 PM, EST November 11, 2009. QUESTIONS NOT SUBMITTED IN WRITING OR SUBMITTED AFTER THE DUE DATE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
