Description

RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS A SOLE SOURCE 8(a) SET ASIDE. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR UNDER SOLICITATION FA4528-10-R-0001. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. The 5th Contracting Squadron is planning to award an 8(a) set aside contract to repair the Missile Alert Facilities (MAF) HVAC systems at the Minot AFB Missile Field Complex, ND. The statement of magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This contract will be funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. All reporting requirements from the contractor are mandated per the Act. Performance period is 360 calendar days. Liquidated damages will be assessed for late performance. A 1 year warranty of construction is required. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238220, and the small business size standard is 14 million dollars in annual receipts over the past 3 years. In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, Pub.L. 111-5, the Government posts this solicitation notice with the intent to issue a Firm Fixed Price contract to T&C Drilling, Inc. of Mandan, North Dakota.
