Description

NO SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED TO THE PUBLIC THIS REQUIREMETN WILL BE AWARDED BY ISSUANCE OF A DELIVEY ORDER UNDER EXISTING JOB ORDER CONTRACT (IDIQ) HHSI161200900005I. THIS PUBLIC NOTICE IS REQUIRED ONLY BECAUSE FUNDING UNDER THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT WILL BE USED. The project scope includes the replacement of fifty-five rooftop units at the roofs of six buildings at the Desert Visions Youth Center. The Contractor shall remove, and replace with new, designated rooftop units from BLDG 100, BLDG 200, BLDG 300, BLDG 400, BLDG 500 and BLDG 600. The scope also includes replacement of gas lines servicing the units on two of the buildings, replacement of thermostats, removal of two evaporative coolers, and replacement of seven exhaust fans. This requirement was previously published as a Presolicitation Notice on 10/28/2009 under No. IHS1074560.The contractor shall ensure that the units are complete and operational.The Contractor under the Job Order Contract is Centennial Contractors Enterprises with a field office in Phoenix, Arizona.
