- Description
- RECOVERY - The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), Region 5, requests proposals for Receiving Building Re-Roofing at the Craig Brook National Fish Hatchery located in East Orland, Maine. This project consists of removal of existing metal standing seam roof and replacement with complete preformed interlocking standing seam metal roof system. Includes roof penetration curb/base flashings, pipe and flue flashings, expansion joints, and electrical reconnection as indicated. Additional items include construction of entry roofs (with concrete foundations), removal of exterior wall, provide and install five (5) exterior doors, and related asphalt pavement. Estimated magnitude of this project is between $100,000. and $250,000. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 238160. This project is set aside for small business. The small business size standard is $14 million. The solicitation package including technical specifications, drawings, and proposal documents will be posted to www.fbo.gov on or about November 16, 2009. Proposals will be due on December 17, 2009 by 4:00 pm (eastern standard time). A contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov, and complete Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA) at www.bpn.gov, to be eligible for award. Department of Labor - Davis/Bacon wage rates will apply to this work.
