Description
Purchase Request number IQC09279009044, NSN 4030-01-186-7197, SHACKLE BOLT, The item is to be utilized on THE STREAM (Std Tensioned Replenishment at Sea Method). Solicitation SPM4A6-10-R-0144; Solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a base and four option years and will be solicited HUBZONE SOLE SOURCE TO BALDT, INC CAGE 83644, P/N 82043.; FULL & OPEN COMPETITION AFTER EXCLUSION OF SOURCES. This is a HUBZONE set-aside which require only offers from the hubzone manufacturer or a hubzone dealer offering the product of the hubzone manufacturer will be considered. The Guaranteed Minimum Qty is 96 each for the base year only, Minimum Order Qty is 96 each for the base and option years; Maximum Order Qty is 384 each for the base and option years, Estimated Annual Demand Qty 384 each for the base and option years, and the Maximum Contract Qty per year is 768 each for the base and option years. FOB Destination., Inspection and Acceptance @ Destination. Delivery is 96 days ARO for the base and option years. This procurement has a surge and sustainment requirement which consists of a MWR quantity of 28, FOB Destination – Every 30 days starting 30 days ARO; 9960 Surge Cap, 1 ea UNPR due with offer; 9961 Surge Test Plan, 1 ea, UNPR if required after award; 9962 Surge Testing, 1 ea UNPR if required after award; and 9963 Surge Report, 1 ea UNPR if required after award. Ship to stock location(s) are in the Continental US. The anticipated issue date is November 16, 2009 & closing date of December 16, 2009. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) will apply; offers will be evaluated based on price offered and past performance.
