- STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) Cat Scan imaging services during replacement of current Cat Scan unit. SECTION B SUPPLIES/SERVICES PRICES/COST To maintain Cat Scan services are provided during installation of a new Siemens Cat Scan unit at the Wilmington VA Medical Center, we are seeking proposals for a Mobile Cat Scan unit to be located on-site at our facility. The following is the scope of services expected between the Wilmington, VA and the contractor that will be the basis for Cat Scan services. For the purpose of this discussion, VA will refer to the Wilmington VA Medical Center, and Contractor to the provider with whom the VA will contract for services as described. VA Provider refers to authorized staff at the Wilmington VA Medical Center. The contractor will provide site planning and set-up of the mobile system at the Wilmington VA Medical Center and all transportation and delivery costs. Hours of operation will be 24 hours per day and 7 days per week. The equipment to be housed in the mobile coach will include (1) Mobile Siemens Somatom Emotion 16 CT Scanner. Description /Configuration is attached in Exhibit A. The contractor will provide 3 days of on site training applications including all expenses. The contractor will provide technical support to VA Information Technology Personnel for communication to and from the VA Worklist and Pacs systems. The term of the contract will be six weeks with 7 day notice of early cancellation. Weekly extension should be provided if necessary. The contractor will provide preventative maintenance and service of equipment Monday-Friday between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm and Medrad Injector Service Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
