This Recovery Act approved project, Building 503 and Tunnel Area Basement Waterproofing Study, Walter Reed Army Institute of Research, is to evaluate, identify the condition, and recommend repairs to deficient waterproofing surrounding Building 503 (Inouye Building) rear patio and tunnel, and provide an estimate of construction cost and timelines associated with the repair work.
