- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR INFORMATION ONLY. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. The 3rd Contracting Squadron at Elmendorf AFB, Alaska is preforming market research to determine potential businesses that can provide a pre-fabricated temporary structure to be used to store golf course equipment. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 444190 with a small business size of $7.0 Million. Description: Temporary Structure (Pre-fabricated) for Equipment Storage The specifications for the temporary structure for the golf course equipment that will be provided by the contractor are: 1. Building a. 42' wide x 96' long (4032 sq. feet) b. 8' on center spacing c. Closed ends d. Steel Framework e. Dura Weave II Fabric- Fire retardant material f. Meets IBC 2006 code with a structural design of ASCE 7-05 2. Doors a. One (1) 12' x 14' steel sectional door with manual opener b. One (1) Personnel door 3. Ground Anchors 4. On-site Supervision REQUIRED. Installation will be supplied by the Government. 5. Engineering and Drawings will be REQUIRED. 6. Freight Costs to Elmendorf AFB, ALASKA 99506. 7. The following are EXCLUDED and NOT REQUIRED: a. Electrical/Lighting/Heating/Ventilation- NOT REQUIRED b. Site Preparation- NOT REQUIRED c. Foundation- NOT REQUIRED. Will be supplied by the Government. Shipping and Delivery: Any shipping costs (FOB Destination Alaska) shall be included. Place of delivery for acceptance is Elmendorf AFB, Alaska 99506. Interested companies that meet the requirements stated above should submit an interest letter or statement outlining their company's capability to meet the requirements for this work. Quotes are not being requested at this time. Also, firms should provide their business size status in accordance with the Small Business Administration ( www.sba.gov ) size standard table for the above referenced NAICS code they fall within (i.e small businesses, 8(a) firms, HUBZones, small disabled veteran owned businesses, etc.).
