THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS AWARDED CONTRACTS FOR THIS WORK UNDER THE TRI-FOREST ROAD MAINTENANCE AND MINOR CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT. This ARRA project includes 12.9 miles of reconstruction work on four separate roads to prepare roads for timber haul. Work includes road-side clearing; reconditioning and excavation work on existing road beds; drain dip reconstruction, and spot rocking with grid-rolled aggregate from Forest Service sources. Anticipated period of performance is June 01, 2010 through June 30, 2010. Set Aside: 100% Small Business Classification Code: Z222 NAICS Code: 237310 The resulting order shall utilize funds provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009. Inclusion of unique provisions required implementing the Act, including those for significant reporting and transparency requirements by the successful offeror will be required.
