- No telephone requests for solicitation packages will be accepted. Packages can be downloaded from this website or you can request a printed copy of the solicitation package by FAX to 928-333-5966, Attn: Seanne Knotts. The USDA Forest Service, Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests has a requirement for janitorial services at the facilities listed in the solicitation. The successful Contractor shall furnish all expertise, labor, supervision, equipment, tools, supplies, and transportation for complete janitorial services. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Small Business size standard is $16.5 million under NAICS code 561720. This procurement requires the use of biobased products to the extent that such products are reasonably available, meet agency or relevant industry performance standards, and are reasonably priced. The Government anticipates award of a Firm Fixed Price contract. The contract period is for one year from the date of award with annual review and possible renewal and extensions thereafter through November 2012. Contractors shall be registered in Federal Vendor Databases (CCR/ORCA) and have DUNS and Taxpayer ID numbers at time of award. The Closing Date for responses to the RFQ shall be November 18, 2009, 4:30 PM MST.
