Description

RECOVERY - The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service requests proposals for the Demolition of the Stickel Laboratory at the Patuxent Research Refuge, Laurel, MD. The project will require the cleaning of contaminated materials from within the building and then the demolition of the structure and removal of the structure from the site. The work includes all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the project. Estimated magnitude for this project is between $500,000 to $1,000,000. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 238910 and the size standard is 14 million. This is a total set aside for small business. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered. Solicitation number 50181RR012 will be posted in approximately 15 days and may be viewed through a link to the National Business Center Interior Electronic Acquisition System-Electronic Commerce at "http://www.fedbizopps.gov" or "http://www.nbc.gov". Interested contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and complete Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA) at "http://www.bpn.gov". Availability of Solicitation documents and specifications is anticipated to be on or about November, 12 2009. The solicitation response date will be approximately 30 days from the posting date.
