- S - Obtain Snow Removal Services by means of an Indefinite Quantity (IQ) Type Contract. Work shall be in accordance with the specifications and drawings provide with solicitation package. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, transportation, and management costs to perform the services described herein. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238910 and the size standard is $12,000,000. This requirement is for a 100% small business set-aside. The performance period will be twelve months, beginning within 5 days after award.In accordance with FAR 5.102(d), all solicitation documents will be limited to electronic medium using Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format. The address for downloading this solicitation from the INTERNET is http://neco.navy.mil. The solicitation is attached. Downloading from the Internet is free of charge; however some specifications may take a considerable amount of time to download. All prospective offerors are encouraged to register for the solicitation prior to downloading it from the NECO website. Notification of any changes to this solicitation (amendments) shall be madder form the NECO website. Only registered contractors will be notified by e-mail when amendments to the solicitation are issued.Official Plan Holders list will be maintained and can be printed from the website. All contractors are required to register in the Department of Defense (DOD) Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database. Failure to register in the CCR makes an offeror ineligible for award of DOD contracts. Contract may be placed on EMALL and Contractors registration may be obtained by accessing the website at http://www.ccr.gov. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. Note 1 applies.
