- NAVSEA intends to issue solicitation N00024-10-R-4400 for execution planning and accomplishment of CNO scheduled availabilities for specific CG47 Class ships homeported and visiting the San Diego, CA area. The requirements include execution planning, accomplishment of CNO scheduled availabilities, and continuous/emergent maintenance efforts. A cost type contract is contemplated. The solicitation will be posted electronically under its solicitation number on or about 19 November 2009. This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce On Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopses and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable.
