- United States Government Seeks Leased Office Space In Valrico, FL The United States Government seeks to lease first class, modern, contiguous office space and related space consisting of approximately 12,869 rentable square feet in Valrico, FL The space must yield 11,647 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. Street level space is preferred and upper floor space requires two (2) accessible elevators to the proposed space. Subleases are not acceptable. Space should not be located within the 100-year flood plan. A minimum of sixty three (63), parking spaces are required at no cost, or at reasonable commercial rates within a two block radius of the offered space. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: West - Kings Avenue South - Bloomingdale Blvd North - MLK Blvd East - Dover Rd The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and must be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than May 2011 The offered space must meet Government requirements for GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards and Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABBAS) Requirements. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership. In no event shall the Offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning the space to be leased with representatives of any Federal agency other than the General Services Administration (GSA) Contracting Officer or their authorized broker representative, CB Richard Ellis.
