Description

REQUIRED ITEMS AND DESCRIPTION FAR CLAUSES This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for supplies prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested and a written solicitation WILL NOT be issued. The solicitation number is HSCG29-10-Q-PHMED. This combined synopsis constitutes a solicitation and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2007. This acquisition is unrestricted. The NAICS code 423450. The contract type will be a firm fixed price purchase order. The government proposes to solicit for the attached supplies / or / quotes for the following items. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Clauses for Commercial items are included in this order and are applicable. Vendors doing business with the Coast Guard must be registered or be willing to register with (CCR) Central Contracting Registration at www.CCR.gov PLEASE FAX QUOTES TO Alexis Torres or David Polite FAX# 504-253-6455 THIS PURCHASE WILL BE BASED ON THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA: NAME BRAND OR EQUAL TO OR BETTER.
