Description
(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation, FA2517-10-T-6007, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (iii) This document incorporates provisions and clauses through Federal Acquisition Circular. (iv) This acquisition is procured as full and open competition. A single award will be made as a result of evaluation of offers. The NAICS code for this requirement is 334510 and the size standard is 500 employees. (v) See section (vi) below for item description (brand name or equal) and model number Quantity is one (1). (vi) A description of requirements are blood pressure equipment. Items are AccuPulse NonInvasive Blood Pressure/Invasive Blood Pressure Simultory or equal. Salient Characteristics are: AccuPulse NonInvasive Blood Pressure(NIBP)/ Invasive Blood Pressure (IBP) Simulator (Brand name or Equal) - Unit Must Be Capable of calibrating with the following/Welch Allyn equipment: ProPaq Encore, 420B, Atlas 6200 monitor. Zoll CCT NIBP, Omron Health care model HEM 907. - Presets for adult and neonatal parameters - Built in Mandrel - Adjustable Pulse Rate, Pulse Amplitude, Blood Pressure (BP) envelope shift - Li-Ion rechargeable battery - Standard warranty - USB interface - Accuracy below +/- 0.75mmHg - Less than 2.5 lbs - Transportable with carrying case - Dual power source (battery/110V) - Pulse rate ranges 15-330bpm (beats per minute) - Pulse rate accuracy maximum 15-330bpm < +/- 1bpm 301-330bpm < +/- 1.25bpm - Pulse amplitude range : 0-150% - Pulse amplitude resolution: Less than 1.25% - Pulse amplitude Accuracy: Less than 0.01% - Bp Envelope Shift: +/- 50 mmHg max - Minimum diastolic: Less than 15.5 mmHg - Maximum systolic: Less than 275 mmHg - RoHS Compliant - Graphic LCD with LED back light - Built in cuff - tilt stand - Safety Agency Approvals= UL, CE, TUV - Digital Manometer - Pressure ranges 0.0-400.00 mmHg - Accuracy: 0-300 mmHg < +/-0.75mmHg -301-400 mmHg < +/- 1.25mmHg - Resolution < +/- 0.25 mmHg - System Dimensions - Less than 4.5" wide x 2.25" high x 7.75" long (vii) The date of delivery is NLT 30 days from contract award and the place of delivery is 559 Vincent Street, Bldg 959, Peterson AFB, CO 80914-1540. Delivery charges are FOB Destination. (viii) Provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition: a. As part of your quote submission you are required to include price information. DUNS, Cage Code, tax ID, terms and conditions. b. All firms must be registered in Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) at https://wawf.eb.mil at time of quote submittal. DUNS, Cage Code, tax ID, terms and conditions shall be submitted with quote. All firms must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database at www.ccr.gov in order to be considered for award. Please provide quote expiration date and best delivery schedule. c. All firms must submit warranty documentation at quote submission. d. Firms must demonstrate in proposal how proposed equal item meets and/or exceeds the specifications identified in paragraph (vi) above.
