- NSN 3110-00-893-0891; Purchase Request IQC09265009053; Bearing Assembly, Spherical. “Source Control Item” IAW Boeing Company (CAGE 77272), Drawing: 114RS313 Revision T dated 08/02/96. Approved Sources: RBC Transport Dynamics (CAGE 09455), Part Number 114RS313-1; New Hampshire Ball Bearings (CAGE 15860), Part Number AM1263. Origin Inspection required. FOB Destination. Stocked Item. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. IAW QAP FCA. Requested delivery is 128 DARO. This NSN is a critical application item and is not commercial. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Solicited as an Unrestricted requirement, Other than Full and Open Competitive basis. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 600 each. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 150 each. These quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option years. Award from this solicitation can only be made from a domestically manufactured (US or Canada) bearings and bearing components. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation anticipated issue date is November 10, 2009. A copy of the solicitation will be available via DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
