NSN 1680-01-529-9596, PR number 0023117028, Harness Set, Aircraft Safety, used on the UH-60A Black Hawk Helicopter. Solicitation is for 86 each to be shipped to New Cumberland, PA within 435 days After Receipt of Order. Approved sources are Martin Baker America, CAGE 1Q842 and Martin Baker Aircraft Co., Ltd, CAGE U1604. P/N MBCS13076-1. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Solicitation is unrestricted for business size. Other than full and open competition in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C ) (1). Automated Best Value System (AVBS) and/or the Past Performance Information Retrieval System-Statistical Reporting (PPIRS-SR) will be used as an evaluation factor. The solicitation issue date is 11/10/09 with a closing date of 12/10/09. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
