- NSN: 5975-01-521-3063, Mounting Base, Electrical. Purchase Request Number IQC09223009063. “Part-Numbered Item.” Approved Sources in the Purchase Order Text (POT): Rockwell Collins, Inc. (13499), P/N 987-5006-001 and DCX-CHOL Enterprise Inc (27456), P/N 987-5006-001. Terms are FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Stocked Item. This NSN is a critical application item and is commercial. Requested delivery is 101 Days ARO. Solicited unrestricted on an Other than Full and Open competitive basis. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The contract will be effective for a one-year period with provisions included to extend the term of the contract up to four (4) one-year periods. The estimated annual quantity is 16615 each per contract period. The contract will include a guaranteed minimum quantity of 4154 each (base year only) and an annual maximum quantity of 24923 each. The minimum delivery order is 4154 each and the maximum delivery order quantity is 16615 each. Deliveries will be to DLA stock locations on the east and west coast. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is anticipated to be 17 November 2009.
