- Description
- Functional and Technical Requirements The U.S. Department of Education (Department) currently uses a Comprizon based procurement system with a near real time interface to Oracle Financials 11i purchasing sub ledger as its procurement management system. This solution has been in place for a number of years. The Department wishes to conduct a market and alternatives analysis to compare the current acquisition solution to other available procurement systems and ascertain the best approach to meet the Department's business requirements. Therefore, the Department is soliciting information from potential sources of Acquisition and Procurement systems. The system sought must operate on the existing Department's platforms and meet minimal requirements as indicated in the attached.
