- RFQ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested. This acquisition is being conducted with commercial procedures as outlined at FAR 12. Solicitation number H92240-10-T-0005 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The resulting contract will be firm fixed price. This is a simplified acquisition. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-29. Note #1 applies. FSC: U008 NAICS: 611430 with a size standard of NTE $7.0 Million F.O.B. Destination All responsible business may submit a quote that shall be considered. All responding vendors must be Central Contractor Registered (CCR).
