- This is a sources sought synopsis and not a request for proposals. The Naval Air Systems Command Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD), Pt. Mugu, CA, is requesting interest only responses from parties that are qualified to perform engineering support services for the AN/ALQ-214 and AN/ALQ-165 jammers. This is to assist in NAWCWD's acquisition planning. This work is currently being performed under N68936-04-D-0006. This requirement is anticipated to be 5 years, no options, for investigations of anomalies, software engineering, systems engineering, support tools and facilities maintenance, documentation, and hardware maintenance and upgrade necessary to support the NAVAIR TACAIR EW IPT for the software maintenance of the AN/ALQ-214 and AN/ALQ-165. The performance location will be at the contractor's facility. The contractor must have the ability to manage, as prime contractor, the types and magnitude of taskings and any approved subcontractors or consults; have the technical ability, or potential approach to achieving capacity, which includes personnel and facilities Secret clearance capability and accessibility. Capacity also refers to matters such as the magnitude of the tasking, the amount of equipment of facilities involved, and the size of the staff needed; and key personnel resumes will be required. The Key Personnel are senior Program Manager with minimum of 10 years experience in program advisor/management and leading teams on the design, development, and integration of complex hardware/software systems; Senior Systems Engineering (Lead) with a minimum of 5 - 10 years experience in TACAIR EW systems architecture, AN/ALQ-214 and AN/ALQ-165 systems engineering design and development; and Senior Systems Engi! neer with minimum of 5 - 10 years experience in TACAIR EW systems architecture, AN/ALQ-214 and AN/ALQ-165 systems engineering design and development.
