Description

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION in accordance with the information inFAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This combinedSynopsis/solicitation Shall be posted on NECO (http://www.neco.navy.mil) The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 for this procurement action. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement, or submit quotes or proposals and capability statements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals. However, all quotes or proposals received before the closing date of this RFQ will beconsidered by the government. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division, Port Hueneme, CA intends to procure the following items. Description:C/003 Container Assembly (load) vendor part # 35-125886; qty 11 ea C/003 Container Assembly vendor part # 35-125885; qty 11 ea C/003 Container Assembly (cables) vendor part # 35-125887' qty 11ea The government reserves the right to award on an all or nothing, or partial basis. The NAICS code is 331319 and the Small Business Standard is 750 Employees. This combined/synopsis/solicitation is a Sole Source. The contract type will be Firm Fixed Price. This requirement is SOLE SOURCED to: Zero Manufacturing Inc. as the only source that can produce the item. The above listed part numbers are proprietary to and manufactured solely by Zero Manufacturing Inc. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
