- Please return quote/proposal as soon as possible. All replies are needed no later than October 27, 2009 at 09:00 am. The 335th Signal Command (Theater), Single soldier Enrichment Training: The Strong Bonds program will be held in Orlando, Florida. Request a resort facility within two blocks walking distance to various shops and restaurants. Request an on-site Restaurant that provides Room service and a wide variety of items to be selected. Request a Business center available to all participants, to include wireless internet access throughout the building, parking, and guest laundry facilities, all rooms are located in the same building as the conference, access to both gym facilities and swimming pools, video arcades. If possible the Trolley stops are with in walking distance to the Hotel, shuttle service to Disney world. Room and Meal cost must be within per diem rates for the locality. ADDITIONAL NOTES: If Soldier orders food from hotel or make long distance phone calls from the hotel, Soldier will be responsible for the charges. Unit will provide meals to Soldiers at no cost to the Soldier. The contracted hotel will invoice on the actual rooms used and meals consumed. The government will issue to the hotel a final room count 72 hours in advance of the start date.
