- Description
- Intent to Sole Source: The Department of the Treasury's Bureau of the Public Debt (BPD), intends to negotiate a sole-source procurement with Leased Housing Developers Company for building maintenance/alterations of leased property at 200 3rd Street, Parkersburg, WV. The Government intends to award an IDIQ contract for a base year and four (4) one-year option periods. A sole source to Leased Housing Developers Company is intended for this order. The lessor is responsible for the operation of the Bureau of the Public Debt's building operational systems. The alterations involve work that is tied to, or physically connected to, equipment that is under control of the lessor. Contracting with the lessor will insure the lessor remains responsible for the continued maintenance and operation of all systems. A request for more information will not be considered an affirmative response. If no affirmative written response is received that clearly demonstrates the ability to meet all the requirements, and that is more advantageous to the Government, we intend to negotiate a sole-source award to Leased Housing Developers Company. Telephone inquires will not be accepted. Interested offerors may register at http://www.fedbizopps.gov to receive notification when the solicitation and any amendments are issued and available for downloading. Please note that the General Services Administration provides the notification service as a convenience and does not guarantee that notifications will be received by all persons on the mailing list.
