Description

RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO KEAST & HOOD COMPANY UNDER EXISTING NIST IDIQ CONTRACT NO. SB1341-09-CQ-0028. This project is being funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. Two firm-fixed-price task orders will be awarded. The task orders will not be competed in accordance with the Brooks Architect-Engineers Act FAR Part 36. Task order number 10003 will be awarded for the procurement of civil structural architectural and engineering services for the design of a net zero building at the National Institute of Standards and Technology, Gaithersburg, MD campus. Task order number 10002 will be awarded for the Post Construction Award Services (PCAS) for this requirement. This is not a solicitation.
