- Description
- The Bureau of Reclamation, Eastern Colorado Area Office requires grounding plugs and grounding cables at the Flatiron Power plant located in Loveland, Colorado. These items shall be delivered FOB destination to "Bureau of Reclamation - GP - Flatiron" located at 11056 W. CR 18E. Pursuant to Part 12 and Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations, Reclamation will issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) on or around October 23, 2009. Quotes will be due October 30, 2009. The RFQ will be issued as a small business set-aside under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 331422. The applicable size standard is 1,000 employees. The RFQ will be available for viewing through electronic commerce. RFQ Number R10PS60035 will be issued via https://www.fbo.gov, at the link provided in this notice. Interested vendors may also check Reclamation's website at http://ideasec.nbc.gov. The RFQ and any subsequent amendments and/or notices will be available to vendors on these websites after October 23, 2009. Hard copies will be available upon request. Vendors are reminded they must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration and in Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) to be considered for award. Registration can be completed by going to www.ccr.gov and https://orca.bpn.gov/. The vendor's Duns & Bradstreet number and banking information are required for registration. All responsible sources who submit a timely quote will be considered for this acquisition. Quotes may be submitted electronically or faxed to (406) 247-7798.
