- The U.S. Forest Service, Timber Lake Job Corps Center, 59868 E. Hwy 224, Estacada, OR 97023, is a residential, education and vocational training facility for student’s ages 16 – 25 years of age. Timber Lake Job Corps Center is required by the Department of Labor to provide basic Mental Health Services to students. This requirement will be solicited and awarded in accordance with the Acquisition of Commercial Items, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12. It is Set-Aside for 100% Small Business. The NAICS code for this project is 621112 and the small business size standard is $10 million. Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database located at http://www.ccr.gov, and must complete electronic representations and certifications on the ORCA database located at http://orca.bpn.gov to be considered responsive. All responsible sources may submit a quote for consideration. The initial performance period is January 1, 2010 through June 30, 2010, for the base period, and 4 12-month option periods. Personnel performing the services must be certified and/or licensed in the State of Oregon. The Government plans to award a firm fixed-price contract resulting from the solicitation to the responsible quoter whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government based on the evaluation factors listed in the solicitation. This pre-solicitation notice does not constitute a solicitation. The solicitation will be posted to this website for downloading and will provide all necessary information for quotes to be prepared and submitted for consideration. Quoter’s shall monitor the website www.fbo.gov for the solicitation. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be issued and telephone requests or fax requests for the solicitation will not be accepted. Quotes will be accepted at the address listed, and to the attention of Judi Neukirchner, Contracting Officer, and addressed to: U.S. Forest Service, 740 Simms Street, Golden, CO 80401, Telephone number: 303-275-5820. Electronic quotes will be accepted. Faxed quotes are not acceptable. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation. All questions related to the solicitation must be submitted in writing to Judi Neukirchner at jneukirchner@fs.fed.us. Only written requests will be considered and addressed.
