Description

WANTED TO LEASE BY USDA The US Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency, is interested in leasing approximately 5,320 rentable square feet of space for a term of five (5) years with one five-year renewal option. The rentable space shall yield a minimum of 4,825 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (ABOA) square feet to a maximum of 5,066 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of contiguous, first class, high quality office space. To be considered, the office location must be within the boundaries of: Intersection of Highway 121 and Highway 78 to the North; Lipscomb Street to Pecan Street to the intersection of Highway 82 and Highway 78 to the East; East Sam Rayburn Drive to the South; and Highway 121 to Old Silo Road to the West in Bonham, Texas. Preference will be given to first floor space. Occupancy is required by March 1, 2010. All expressions of interest MUST be received by November 16, 2009.
