THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER COMPETITION LIMITED TO SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDESThe National Cemetery Administration is soliciting quotes under Solicitation No. VA-786-10-RA-0009 for the following: The contractor shall provide all personnel, management, labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, transportation, materials, and reports necessary to Provide and install 3hp booster pump for existing irrigation system and upgrade electrical service accordingly to provide sufficient power for new pump at the West Virginia National Cemetery located at Route 2, Box 127, Grafton, WV 26354. All work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications, drawing, terms and conditions of the contract. This acquisition is 100% set aside for SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS. The NAICS Code is 221310. Size standard is $7.0 million. No telephone requests will be accepted. No electronic proposals will be accepted. Any questions should be sent via email and addressed to Barry Ross, Contract Specialist in writing at barry.ross2@va.gov. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on or about OCTOBER 27, 2009. Responses to the solicitation are due by 2:30 p.m., NOVEMBER 13, 2009. No electronic or facsimile proposals will be accepted. Any amendments to the solicitation will also be available at the URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
