Description

This notice replaces previously issued notice SPM4A7-09-R-1572. Quantity has also been revised to 12,000 units. Solicitation to be issued on November 6, 2009. A Solicitation to be issued in anticipation of a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract. NSN 1660-01-558-9935, Filler Valve, Aircraft Oxygen, C-5 and E-3A Aircraft Programs for a quantity of 12,000 pieces. This is an unrestricted procurement, utilizing other than full and open competition procedures. The item is Critical Application and Configuration Control Applies. A Technical Data Packages is not available at DSCR. Inspection IAW Origin and FOB Destination to Stock Location. Electronic Offers are not acceptable; Offerors must submit a completed solicitation package; A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFP. RFP's are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of this solicitation will be available to requesters. The solicitation issue date is November 6th, 2009.
