- This is a pre-solicitation notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Synopsis is as follows. A separate written solicitation M67400-10-T-0001 will be issued as a Request for Quotation on or after 26 Oct 2009. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-37 and DFARS Changes Notice 20091019. DPAS Rating is DO-S10. The North American Industrial Classification System codes are 541519. Required Items and Descriptions are as follows. Battle Command Display Internet/Intranet Web Developer in support of 1st Marine Corps Air Wing, Okinawa, Japan. This procurement constitutes Item 0001 through 0002. CLIN 0001: INTERNET/INTRANET DEVELOPER --- The design and maintenance of permanent and deployed 1st Marine Aircraft Wing Websites to include subordinate units. CLIN 0002: TRAVEL AND OTHER DIRECT COSTS (ODCs) --- Reimbursement o transportation expenses and other direct costs (ODSs) incurred by the Contractor during any travel in support of CLIN 0001. The Government may make single award to the responsible offer which is the most advantageous to the Government on the basis of best value evaluation process. The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. Responsible Offerors must be active in the Central Contractor Registration in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004 unless you qualify under an exemption. DUNS, TIN and CAGE Code must be written on submitted proposal. The solicitation (Request for Quotation), when it is released it will be available electronically at the following web sites https://www.neco.navy.mil and/or http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ under solicitation M67400-10-T-0001. The solicitation also will be e-mailed upon a written request to the Point of Contact listed. Offers can be mailed, faxed, or e-mailed to the Contracting Office, U.S. Marine Corps RCO, MCB CAMP S. D. BUTLER, PSC 557 BOX 2000, FPO AP 96379-2000. Offers must be received no later than 15:00, Japanese Standard Time of solicitation closing date.
