Description

RECOVERY. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY and is issued in accordance with the guidance in the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. This procurement is a task order to an existing IDIQ contract under a Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) to replace the existing roofing system with a new Energy-Star rated, highly insulated (target R50), highly reflective "cool" membrane roofing system at the upper roof (approximately 21,000 SF) of the Richard C. Lee U.S. Courthouse located at Church and Court Streets, New Haven, CT (Hampden County). This opportunity is only available to the current FSS schedule contract holders. This is not a request for quotations. The task order is being made against a pre-priced IDIQ contract and is being competed among eligible Multiple Award Task Order contract holders. This acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification systems (NAICS) code 324122, Products Supply Code (PSC) of 5670.
