- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W911W410R0001. SYNOPSIS: This is the fourth posting under solicitation number AIMPSOURCESSOUGHT; the first being a Sources Sought Notice posted July 2008; the second being posted March 2009, AIMPSOURCESSOUGHT2 and the third being posted June 2009 AIMPNEWACQ1 pre-solicitation notice. The AIMPSOURCESSOUGHT, AIMPSOURCESOUGHT2 and AIMPNEWACQ1 are all now amended to the following solicitation W911W4-10-R-0001. This publication serves as a notice that the United States Army Intelligence and Security Command (HQ USAINSCOM) intends to issue a solicitation on behalf of the Deputy Chief of Staff, G-2 (DCS, G-2), Headquarters, Department of the Army (HQDA), in partnership with other HQDA Staff Agencies, and the greater Army Military Intelligence (MI) community. This requirement is for professional and technical services for continuation of the known as the Army Intelligence Campaign Initiatives Group (AI-CIG) formally known as Army Intelligence Master Plan (AIMP) Program. The AIMP program is accountable to the Department of Defense (DoD), Army, and national intelligence communities. Through this requirement the AI-CIG program industry partner will assist the AIMP government program office producing and developing strategies, concepts, architectures, roadmaps and analyses regarding integration of existing and future Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (ISR) programs as well as support to the HGDA ODCS G-2 Mission. This requirement will be solicited on the basis of full and open competition with partial small business set-asides. Award will be based on the best value to the government. The NAICS code is 541690, Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services. It is anticipated that solicitation will be issued in October 2009. The exact closing date and time of the RFP will be identified in the solicitation package. It is the sole responsibility of the offeror to review the webpage frequently for any updates/ amendments to the solicitation. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code and be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov and Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA) at https://orca.bpn.gov/ This will be an electronic solicitation release. No hard copies will be mailed. This synopsis is for information purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. No contract will be awarded as a result of this Synopsis.
