Description

This is not a solicitation announcement. This is a pre-solicitation notice only. A solicitation shall be issued at a later date, and all interested parties must respond to the solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this announcement. The Government intends to procure commercial item services under (FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and FAR 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items) for Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) and Bi-level Positive Airway Pressure (Bi-PAP) Services and Supplies for the VA San Diego Healthcare System, 3350 La Jolla Village Drive, San Diego, CA 92161. The contractor is required to provide CPAP & BiPAP supplies and services on a scheduled and as needed basis. The contract shall be for a base year with the Government's option to exercise two (2) one (1) year option periods. This is an unrestricted solicitation. The solicitation will be available for issue on or about November 1, 2009, with offers due on or about November 23, 2009. The solicitation must reference VA-262-10-RQ-0008 and include the requester's name, physical address, phone number, e-mail address and fax number. NAICS number is 532291, Size Standard is $7.0 Million.
