Description

RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CURRENT CONTRACTOR UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER: DIAZ ENTERPRISES, INC, FA8601-09-D-0014, ON-CALL PAVING AND GROUNDS MAINTENANCE. RECOVERY-PROJECT NUMBER ZHTV072837, Maintain Storm Water Runoff Pond Drain and dredge Duck Pond then install three 8' wide concrete channels (one 310' draining in a straight run into a drainage inlet and two (95' and 210') for side drainage into the inlet) to drain to a proposed control inlet. The control inlet then drains through a new 12" drainage pipe to a new junction box which drains to the storm drainage under Pearson Rd. Backfill pond with 4,000 cubic yards of fresh fill to eliminate the Pond. This alleviates a significant annual maintenance problem of draining and cleaning out the Pond. Also, alleviates a biological hazard from water fowl.
