Description
Due to anticipated snow conditions at the time of issue for these reforestation and related projects, the fall will be the only time that offerors will have the opportunity to see the proposed sites. There will be one scheduled trip with a technical Forest Service employee on October 30, 2009. If prospective offerors are unable to make the scheduled showing trip they may use the below travel directions to visit the site on their own time. There will be no additional scheduled showing trips nor will Forest Service employees accompany prospective offerors to project sites other than the one scheduled trip. Offerors are reminded that it is their responsibility to determine for themselves the actual site conditions and only by physical inspection, on-the-ground viewing can offerors assure themselves of the existing conditions. Maps will be available at the District offices.
