THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY. THIS PPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTORS UNDER THE ARCHITECH ENGIINEERING SERVICE INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ) MULTIPLE AWARD CONTRACT NUMBERS IBMO9D0006 WITH TETRA TECH, INC., IBM09D0007 WITH MWH AMERICAS, INC., AND IBM09D0008 WITH URS GROUP, INC. RECOVERY – The requirement is for construction management/assistance services during the rehabilitation of the Hidalgo Loop Levees, phases I and II located in the lower Rio Grande Valley, Hidalgo County, TX. The Hidalgo Loop Levees are improvements of the Hidalgo Protective Levee System within the Lower Rio Grande Flood Control Project. Work consists of providing professional and support services required to manage and track the progress and expenditures during the rehabilitation of the Hidalgo Loop Levees. It includes but is not limited to coordinating the work of the construction contractor and/or subcontractors, attending on site meetings, submitting required monthly and Recovery reports, attending on-site inspections, reviewing submittals/drawings, and submitting written review comments and/or recommendations. The performance period is 314 calendar days for construction management of approximately.9 miles of earthen levee and.2 miles of flood wall. THE RESULTING TASK ORDER WILL BE SYNOPSIZED AND ISSUED UNDER THE PREVIOUSLY COMPETED AND EXISTING FIRM FIXED PRICE MULTIPLE AWARD IDIQ CONTRACTS REFERENCED ABOVE.
