Description

THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR UNDER THE ARCHITECT ENGINEERING SERVICE INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ) CONTRACT NUMBER IBM05D0001 WITH S&B INFRASTRUCTURES, LTD. S&B Infrastructure, LTD is requested to submit a cost proposal in response to letter request for proposal (RFP) 10-06. The contemplated modification to the task order IBM09T0020 will: Add three (3) additional 100-ft boreholes for contract line item numer (CLIN) 004, for a revised remaining total of four (4) boreholes; and Add a CLIN for a unit price for an environmental package per 100-ft borehole for work where soils may be contaminated by PCBs, with an estimated quantity of four (4). Only S&B may respond to this RFP letter, as required by the base contract IBM05D0001 under which task order IBM09T0020 was issued.
