Description
The Gov't intends to make a single award for the following: Part number description QTY FATADF5P/S-M1 DF5 (5) TARGET PATA/SATA COMPUTER W/PHEN S/E 18 FKYBDD KEYBOARD FOR THE D105/DF5 18 FPOINTPS2W PS2 MOUSE FOR THE DF5 18 FADP9035271 DRU AN/UYK-128-IDE ADAPTER (DB32) 108 FADP0289 DB20 DRIVE ADAPTER 108 FADPPANTB29 PANASONIC TOUGHBOOK CD29 DRIVE ADAPTER 108 FADPPANTB30 PANASONIC TOUGHBOOK CF30 DRIVE ADAPTER 108 FLCDXGA15 LCD XGA (1024X768) 15" DISPLAY 18 FPATAUDMACBL-012 CLONER RACK IDE RIBBON CABLE 12 INCH 108 FPWRCABLE024 CLONER RACK 4 PIN POWER CABLE 24 INCH 108 FSATADATACBL024 CLONER RACK SATA CABLES 24 INCH 108 DF5 KYBD MS CBLE DF5 W/KEYBOARD/MOUSE/CABLES 18 LCD MONITOR LCD MONITOR 18 AIR FREIGHT TO BAGRAM 09354 1 to a single contractor to be delivered by Air Freight to Bagram Brand name or Equal. Contractors must bid brand name or equal. Any quote that contains anything other than the brand model numbers described above must provide all specifications for technical evaluation. Award will be made using FAR 15.101-2 Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Procedures. The Government will evaluate the lowest priced offer for technical acceptability and make award if found to be technically acceptable. If the lowest priced proposal is found to be unacceptable, the next lowest priced offer will be reviewed until one is found to be technically acceptable. To be found technically acceptable the offer must meet or exceed all of the specifications listed in the attachment. Contractor is responsible for delivery cost for Air Freight to Bagram Afghanistan. Delivery is to be made within 30 days of contract award to Bagram Afghanistan. Items must be brand new, no remanufactured items accepted. Bid MUST be good for 60 calendar days after submission. Agencies must be registered with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) ( www.ccr.gov ). The following DFARS clauses will be added to the contract at time of award: 252.212-7001 Para (b)(1),(10) and (12) JAN 2009; 252.203-7000; 252.203-7002; 252.209-7004; 252.225-7005; 252.232-7003; 252.232-7008; 252.232-7010; 252.225-7020; 252.211-7003 and 252.233-7001.
